1. What will it cost?
Red White & Rosé offer wine tastings at varying costs to fit your needs. If you are putting together an event for your clients, for example, you'll want to ensure that the wines will impress. However, if you are looking to get a group of friends together to have a fun, sociable evening, you want to be sure that the wines are good - but you might also want to them to be the kind of thing you could afford to go out and buy. Other things to consider are whether you want to cater the event yourself, or for us to provide a buffet or canapés? Are you looking for a full-on wine and food matching evening, or just a quick post-meeting fun wine tasting? We aim to put together an event that is tailored just for you and that works within your budget, so please contact us for a quote. We also offer a special "charity fundraising" fixed price (see below).

2. Can you help me find a venue?
Yes. In partnership with a specialist event management company, we can offer you a free venue-finding service. Just ask.

3. What kind of events do you do?
We are happy to put on a sit-down event for a small number of people or a stand up affair for up to 80 - and anything in between. We can do straightforward presenting of the wines with plenty of time for chatting and networking for the guests; run a more competitive quiz-based event or an in-depth session for knowledgeable wine enthusiasts. We will always ensure that we devise the best kind of event for what you are trying to achieve. We don't force a format on you and want to be flexible.

4. Which areas does Red White & Rosé cover?
Red White and Rosé conducts events in London, Surrey and surrounding areas of Hampshire, Sussex and Berkshire. We cover towns such as Guildford, Leatherhead, Cobham, Weybridge, Woking, Farnham, Aldershot and Camberley. If you are outside these areas, or are not sure if we cover where you are, please get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss possibilities or alternatives.

5. Does Red White & Rosé run food and wine matching evenings?
Yes. As part of a wine-tasting event, we can prepare canapés, or more elaborate buffet food to complement the wines. Or, we can provide something specific, like a cheese and wine tasting. If you are having a special celebration, why not get a group of friends together for our unique food and wine evening? Tracey Wheeldon of What's Cooking will come to your home and cook a delicious three-course meal, from a menu selected by you. You relax with friends while the food is served, and Heather Dougherty of Red White & Rosé will conduct a personal wine-tasting at the table, with wines to match each course. Prices for this event start at £40 per head - please contact us if you think you might be interested.

6. What can I expect from Red White and Rosé?
We tailor your event to suit your own needs - whether you're expecting 5 or 50 people. And we'll organize the whole thing from beginning to end. Here's typically what we do:

An initial site visit to the venue if necessary and continued liaison with the venue to ensure all the details are worked out. We will supply all the wines: once we've agreed on the theme and format, we'll make sure all the wines are provided on the day, along with all the wine glasses needed. If you would like your event catered, we work with professional caterers to provide anything from canapés to a full sit-down three course meal with serving staff. Most of all, you can expect flexibility and professionalism.

7. Do you sell wines at your events?
Our mission is to enlighten and entertain you, your clients or your staff. We do not try to step in between you and your clients by trying to sell them wine. We never sell wine at our events - but we do provide professional tasting sheets detailing all of the wines tasted, what they cost and where they are available.

8. Do you run charity events?
